Most collections of the era assembled thousands of combinations from a fixed set of traits. Rubber Duckz chose the harder route: every artwork was drawn individually.

That constraint made Genesis smaller, stranger and more human. No two Duckz share the same drawing. Each one carries its own silhouette, references and personality.

02 THE STORY

It started with
one yellow duck.

Alice spent her life connecting people with the best medical care she could find, regardless of their ability to pay. One bath-time duck became a few, then a flock, then a collection gifted by the people whose lives she touched.

After Alice passed away following her battle with pulmonary fibrosis, her son MagicMan and PapaDuck found a way to preserve that joyful collection forever, and continue the instinct to give back.

What is an NFT?+

A non-fungible token is a distinct blockchain token. Here it identifies a collectible associated with a Rubber Duckz artwork. Token ownership does not automatically grant copyright to the image.

What is MetaMask?+

MetaMask is one example of a wallet that can hold ETH and interact with Ethereum collectibles. Only use the official MetaMask website, and never share your recovery phrase.

Why only 2,000 pieces?+

Genesis was drawn one artwork at a time. The team chose a supply of 2,000 individual drawings, keeping the collection focused on distinct characters instead of generated trait combinations.

How can I buy one?+

The original mint took place on January 16, 2022. Visit the official OpenSea collection for current secondary-market listings. There is no mint or wallet connection on this site.

Where does the NFT live?+

Your Rubber Duckz is registered on Ethereum and appears in the wallet used for the purchase. Marketplaces such as OpenSea can display the asset tied to that address.

Is a Rubber Duckz a good investment?+

That decision is yours. Like any collectible, value depends on many variables. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose. The reason to be here should start with the art, the story and the community.

How was the original supply allocated?+

Of the 2,000 Genesis pieces, the original tokenomics reserved 50 for early supporters and the team, and 50 for community giveaways. The remaining 1,900 were allocated to presale and public sale. These are the original allocations, not current availability.

Who is behind the collection?+

A team with backgrounds in marketing, illustration, digital design and development, led by PapaDuck. MagicMan’s mother Alice and her real-life duck collection inspired the project.
